KPI-JCI, Johnson Crushers International, Inc., has developed the GT200CC track mounted cone/screen close circuit plant, engineered exactly with a 6’x12’ –2 deck vibrating screen. The 6’ screen width provides up to 20% more screening area and production capacity than comparable models.
The GT200CC features the Kodiak 200+ cone crusher, which was originally developed as a robust quarry duty cone crusher for traditional aggregate producers. When matched with the 6’x12’ inclined screen, the GT200CC will provide the most efficient and productive closed-circuit cone/screen system on tracks. With an on-board feeder, power unit, and control system, this plant is designed specifically for rapid set-up & tear-down for enhanced portability, but still provides optimum crushing power.
“Portable contractors and aggregate producers alike can deploy the GT200CC as a complete, self-contained mobile system for secondary crushing screening, or to crush surplus aggregates into more valuable crushed materials” said Paul Smith, Product Manager at KPI-JCI.
This machine is part of the GLOBAL TRACK line offered from KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens. This model has the flexibility to pair with other Astec FT and GT track machines for a seamless processing system.
The GT200CC has an optional detachable dolly that allows this plant to be transported without a trailer. It also has an optional discharge conveyor to stockpile two sized products
See this track mounted machine on display at the 2011 CONEXPO-CON/AGG in the Center Hall – Booth # 5133. Or visit www.kpijci.com/specialty-lines/conexpo-con-agg-2011 for more information.
