Fine Material Washers KPI-JCI fine material washers are available as singles or doubles.  Sizes range from 24" to a 72" diameter screw.  Steel inner wear shoes and urethane outer wear come standard on all KPI-JCI fine material washers.  This extends the life of flights dramatically.  Ni-hard outer wear shoes are also available.  In addition, these units use less horsepower due to high efficiency gears, lowering your overhead without lowering production.   KPI-JCI fine material washers are available as units, on screening & washing plants and on portable classifying tank plants.
